Who we are

Shape Society creates inclusive foundationwear designed for comfort, support, and confidence in every size. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit shapesociety.shop, place a retail order, apply for a wholesale account, use the Fit Finder, join our email list, or sign in to your account.

What we collect

• Contact details you share with us, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you place an order, apply for wholesale, or subscribe to our newsletter.
• Order details, including the items you purchase, quantities, and your billing and shipping address.
• Wholesale application details, including your business name, website, and the message you send with your application.
• Fit Finder responses you choose to submit, such as band and cup size, bra fit preferences, and gown neckline notes, when you use that tool.
• Account details, such as your email address, if you choose to create an account for order history and wholesale pricing.
• Standard technical information, such as pages visited and general device data, collected through Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our servers. We receive only confirmation of payment, the amount, and the details needed to fulfill your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on the address you provide.

How we use your information

• To fulfill and deliver retail and wholesale orders, including order confirmations and shipping updates by email.
• To review wholesale applications and communicate about account approval and tier pricing.
• To provide Fit Finder size guidance and show live product availability.
• To send newsletter messages you have opted into, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
• To send an optional saved-cart reminder only when you choose that option at checkout. Checking it does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
• To improve our site and services using aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate: Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting and transactional email, our identity provider for secure sign-in, and Google Analytics for site analytics.

Retention and your choices

We keep order and wholesale records as needed for our business and legal obligations. Optional cart-reminder records are kept only as long as needed to send or suppress that reminder. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to us. If you have an account, you may also ask us to close it. Newsletter subscribers and cart-reminder recipients can unsubscribe from any message or by contacting us directly.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to function, such as keeping your cart and your sign-in session. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish visits. Your browser settings let you limit or clear cookies at any time. We also use a random browser cookie, lasting up to 90 days, to compare page experiences. These first-party records help us understand which experience leads to orders or inquiries. You can turn this measurement off in Site preferences in the footer; we also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
