These terms govern your use of shapesociety.shop and your purchases from Shape Society. By using the site, applying for wholesale, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Retail prices are shown in US dollars on the shop. Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order. Returns of eligible retail items are described in our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Boutiques and bridal retailers may apply for a wholesale account through our wholesale page. Approval is at our discretion. Approved accounts receive tier pricing on eligible SKUs as shown when signed in. Wholesale pricing, bulk discounts, and payment terms apply only while your account remains in good standing. We may suspend or close a wholesale account that misuses pricing, resells outside agreed channels, or violates these terms.
Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed with a clear error. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You may create an account to view order history and, when approved, wholesale pricing. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. We may suspend an account used in a way that harms the site, other customers, or our wholesale program.
Everything on this site, including product photography, fit guidance, text, and marks, belongs to Shape Society or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shape Society is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim related to an online purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above updated. Wholesale agreements may include additional terms communicated at approval.
