Returns and Exchanges

The short version

Unworn retail items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because foundationwear is worn close to the body, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed. Wholesale orders are generally final once shipped. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Retail orders

• Eligible unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or altered foundationwear.
• Write to us first so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item, usually within five business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery. When the original item is eligible for return, we will help you place a new order for the correct size. Exchanges depend on live inventory at the time of your request.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through your boutique or studio. Bulk orders are final once shipped except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved wholesale accounts should inspect shipments promptly and contact us with photos if there is a problem.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping, as appropriate.
